SHRI seeks participants for Alzheimer's drug trial
Tags: alzheimers disease, clinical trial, sun health research institute[Source: Joy Slagowski, Daily News-Sun] - The Sun Health Research Institute is seeking participants for the final phase of an investigational Alzheimer's drug study, which is aimed at slowing down the progression of the disease.
The ICARA study is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the drug Bapineuzumab in more than 2,050 volunteers. SHRI is one of 200 study sites where the research is being conducted.
