Lab will have to go up without Phoenix help
Tags: igc, pbc, tgen, university of arizona[Source: The Arizona Republic] - Another building is planned for expanding the Phoenix biomedical campus, but developers need to wake up if dreaming of city bonds or other public funds to cover the cost of the project.
"City financial participation is not anticipated to be available to assist with the proposed development," according to the city's request.
Phoenix officials have issued a formal request for proposals to build a laboratory with at least 100,000 square feet of space on what is now a parking lot next to the headquarters of the Translational Genomics and International Genomics Consortium at 445 N. Fifth St.
