Equipment

To facilitate presentations, an array of audio/visual equipment is available for use under Conference Center staff supervision. The premises are primarily used for Flinn Foundation staff offices and meetings with grantees and applicants; therefore, the use of audio systems must not disrupt routine Foundation business. Audio/visual needs must be indicated at the time of application and confirmed at least one week prior to the meeting. Flip charts and white boards also are available for use by request.

The Reserve a Room form has a section that can be completed to request the use of audio/visual equipment.
