Scheduling and Availability
The Flinn Foundation Educational Conference Center most comfortably accommodates groups of 10 to 70 participants. Use of the meeting facilities is generally limited to 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Free set-up of room configurations is provided, plus use of in-house audio/visual equipment (by reservation only), non-alcoholic beverages (coffee and juice for morning meetings; soda and water for afternoon meetings), and on-site parking. On-site parking is limited to 40 spaces for conference attendees. Overflow parking may be available for a fee through the Viad parking garage located next door to the building.
