Reservations
Organizations interested in reserving meeting space at the Flinn Foundation Educational Conference Center must complete and electronically submit the brief Reserve a Room form. The completed form must detail the following:
- purpose and subject of the proposed activity and how it relates to the organization's mission and Flinn Foundation's interests;
- date and time of the event, and number of potential participants;
- list of presenters, consultants or facilitators engaged by the organization to assist with meeting content;
- preferred room set-up arrangement and format of the meeting; and
- text of the proposed notice or promotional materials to be disseminated.
First-time users must also supply a copy of the organization's IRS documentation confirming its 501(c)3 tax status. This documentation may be faxed to Lisa Baker at (602) 744-6815 or emailed to lbaker@flinn.org.
Applications will be reviewed by Conference Center staff to assess the appropriateness of the proposed use, how it reflects the Foundation's grantmaking interests, compliance with facility space limitations, and city, county, and state regulations.
