George Poste receives Scrip Lifetime Achievement Award

[Source: Phoenix Business Journal] – George Poste, a leader in Arizona’s biotech community, received the Scrip Lifetime Achievement Award in London.

Caris Diagnostics, where Poste is vice chairman and chief science officer, and ASU made the announcement Monday. Poste headed up the Biodesign Institute from 2003 to 2008 and currently leads ASU’s Complex Adaptive Systems Initiative.

The Scrip Awards honor outstanding achievements in the pharmaceutical, biotech and related industries. Poste was recognized for nearly four decades of research accomplishments spanning academia, industry and government.
