Qualifications

Flinn Scholars:

• Rank in the top 5 percent of their graduating class
• Attain at least a 3.5 grade point average.
• Score a minimum 29 on the ACT or 1280 on the SAT I (critical reading and math sections only)
• Participate and demonstrate leadership in a variety of extracurricular activities
• Are U.S. citizens
• Are residents of Arizona for the two years prior to entering the university

Merit, demonstrated by academic and personal achievement, is the only factor used to select Flinn Scholars.
