[Source: Ken Alltucker, The Arizona Republic] – Nearly two weeks after a Colorado company announced a deal to acquire Scottsdale-based biotechnology company Zila, another bidder has emerged to purchase the struggling Arizona company.
Tampa-based dental-management company Intelident Solutions Inc. said it has submitted a purchase offer to Zila’s board that is worth about $4.4 million, or about $418,000 more than an offer from Tolmar Holding Inc
