UA-linked research points to possible cancer ‘marker’

[Source: The Arizona Daily Star] – A group that includes a local researcher is one step closer to understanding how cancer cells work.

Sourav Ghosh, an assistant professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, was part of a study focused on a signaling mechanism in the body – a molecular circuit in a cell that transmits information – that may help provide a better diagnosis for cancer and more tailored treatment for patients.
