Three Arizona companies were among those selected for two Phoenix-area multiday program cohorts for early-stage health tech and bioscience startups.
The Patient Company, a past participant in the Flinn Foundation Bioscience Entrepreneurship Program, is one of four members in the inaugural cohort of XLR8 PBC at the Phoenix Bioscience Core. The company is the maker of the SimPull lateral transfer device for patients.
The Mayo Clinic and ASU MedTech Accelerator welcomes 10 companies for its sixth cohort including WellBeings of Scottsdale and Phoenix-based The Pause. WellBeings integrates and normalizes real-time data from wearables with EMR and diagnostics tests. The Pause aims to integrate personalized artificial intelligence into menopause management.
