Vice President & CFO

Stacy Tucker serves on the Flinn Foundation’s executive team as its Vice President & CFO and is responsible for the administration and execution of the Foundation’s policies and procedures and other matters relating to investments, grants administration, accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and employee benefits. She also oversees the investment portfolio, preparation of the Foundation’s annual financial statements and tax returns, legal matters, building operations, information technology and provides technical assistance to grantees.

Stacy brings with her a depth of experience in matters involving finance, accounting, legal, grants management and investment portfolio management. Before her arrival at the Foundation, Stacy served as chief operating officer of a single-family office, where her responsibilities included management and oversight of a sizable foundation. Additionally, she worked at Bar-S Foods Co. for 10 years, where she was the director of taxation and played a significant role in the Company’s acquisition. Before that, she worked in the Phoenix and Los Angeles offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the tax department.

Stacy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in business taxation from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego. She is on the Board of Trustees for Barrow Neurological Foundation, and a Community Member on the Investment Committee of the Arizona Community Foundation.
