[Source: Phoenix Business Journal] – The city is looking for a private developer to foot the bill for a new biomedical facility on the downtown Phoenix Biomedical Campus.

A new building is needed to accommodate demand in the area, said Jeremy Legg, program manager for the Phoenix Community and Economic Development Department. The $50 million Translational Genomics Research Institute’s six-story building is fully occupied, and Legg has heard from numerous researchers and companies interested in leasing space on the campus.
