Learn more about the Flinn-Brown Academy

The Arizona Center for Civic Leadership was created in 2011 by the Flinn Foundation, with its flagship Flinn-Brown Fellowship launched through a partnership with the Thomas R. Brown Private Family Foundation of Tucson.
This spring, about 25 Arizonans will be selected to join the statewide network of 494 Flinn-Brown Fellows from the business, technology, agriculture, industry, education, nonprofit, and public sectors—leaders from all walks of life and perspectives.
Once selected, Flinn-Brown Fellows continue their civic leadership journey with the invaluable Flinn-Brown Academy. The Academy assembles a diverse cohort of Fellows to learn directly from experts and each other about issues facing our state and establish ties with prominent figures shaping public policy at the state level.
