Meet the Candidates: Central Arizona Water Conservation District Board of Directors
A webinar featuring candidates for the Central Arizona Water Conservation District Board of Directors was held Monday, Sept. 30. In 2024, the five seats up for election are in Maricopa County.
Flinn-Brown Fellow the Honorable Alexandra Arboleda (Phoenix, 2018) began the webinar with an overview of CAP and the roles and responsibilities of the CAWCD Board. Gary Grado, executive editor, Arizona Capitol Times, introduced the candidates and lead Q&A.
All candidates on the ballot have been invited by the Citizens Clean Elections Commission. Each candidate who attends will be given five minutes to introduce themselves and provide their insights to the audience.
The webinar was made possible through a partnership between the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission and the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership at the Flinn Foundation.
