Levi Johnson is a logistics leader, Army veteran, and public servant dedicated to operational excellence and community growth. He currently serves as deputy of logistics at Fort Huachuca, where he oversees procurement, compliance, and supply chain operations supporting mission readiness. With more than a decade of experience in military logistics and management, he brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to leadership and process improvement. Levi also serves as vice mayor of Benson, where he helps guide strategic planning, budgeting, and community engagement initiatives. He is passionate about mentorship, youth development, and building strong, accountable organizations that serve people effectively.

Mark Savage started his career in public service with the Fry Fire District in 1993. He has served as its fire chief since 2017. Mark is a certified paramedic with degrees in Fire Prevention Administration and Business Management. He received his law degree from the University of Arizona and completed the National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer Program and the Naval Postgraduate School Executive Leaders Program. Mark volunteers as a reserve deputy with the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office and is currently the board chair for the Legacy Foundation of Southeast Arizona. In his free time, he and his wife, Ashley, enjoy hiking outdoors with their children and dog.

Jeffrey Kennedy is the senior pastor of First Missionary Baptist Church in Flagstaff, where he has served since 2017, providing faith-based leadership centered on community engagement, dialogue, and service. He is also a certified facilitator, leadership trainer, and coach with Lancaster Leadership, supporting executive teams, public-sector leaders, and nonprofit organizations in strengthening communication, accountability, and leadership effectiveness. With 18 years of facilitation experience, 25 years in operational leadership, and 28 years as a News Talk and sports radio host, Jeffrey is known for guiding thoughtful conversations across diverse audiences. A U.S. Air Force veteran and linguist, he brings a collaborative, values-driven approach to leadership.

Dianna Sanchez has spent her career dedicated to all levels of education, driven by the desire to ensure educational access for all. Currently serving as the vice president of advancement and strategic initiatives at Coconino Community College (CCC), Dianna has championed and led multiple collegewide initiatives and helped co-lead a $100 million capital construction bond special election. Serving as a member of the President’s cabinet, Dianna’s leadership has anchored the CCC Foundation as a key component of the college’s overall mission and has been an essential driver for improving student success outcomes collegewide.

James Arndt is the principal of Camelback High School in Phoenix, where he has led nationally recognized efforts to expand ninth grade success and early college access. Under his leadership, Camelback High School became a National Demonstration School and dramatically increased the number of students earning college credit. A lifelong Arizonan, James is deeply committed to strengthening public education and civic life across the state. He serves on several nonprofit and district leadership boards and previously led a successful school funding campaign that generated more than $100 million for local schools. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and two children.

Jennie Bever is president and chief executive officer of 4th Trimester Arizona. She holds a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of California, San Diego and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Arizona State University. An international board-certified lactation consultant, Jennie serves on the Arizona Department of Health Services Maternal Mortality Review Committee, the State Maternal Mental Health Task Force, and the Arizona State University Maternal and Child Health Translational Research Team. A mother of four, she founded 4th Trimester Arizona to advance fully integrated, community-rooted postpartum care and strengthen maternal health systems across the state.

Steven R. Brown is program director of the Family Medicine Residency and professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. He has mentored more than 150 family physicians, many of whom practice in Arizona with underserved populations. He is past president of the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors, and co-host, editor, and creator of the award-winning American Family Physician Podcast. He is an advocate for civic engagement by medical trainees and for addressing social determinants of health. His wife is a teacher in the Scottsdale Unified School District, where their two children attended school.

Katie Hobbs to lead the Arizona Department of Housing in 2023, stewarding a historic level of state investment toward Arizona’s housing challenges.
