[Source: Phoenix Business Journal] – The city of Phoenix is seeking a developer to build a new biomedical facility on the Phoenix Biomedical Campus.
City officials are expecting the project to be at least 100,000 square feet and four stories tall. It would be next to the existing 170,000-square-foot facility occupied by the Translational Genomics Research Institute.
