Building and Facilities Technician

Aaron Foti has served as the Flinn Foundation’s Building and Facilities Technician since September 2025.

Aaron is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Conference Center and other facilities, including handling routine maintenance tasks and repair needs, working with vendors, and other operational duties.

A native of Long Beach, Calif., Aaron oversaw maintenance at hotels and health-care facilities in Southern California and, most recently, at North Phoenix Baptist Church.
