Anna Tracy
Accountant
Anna Tracy joined the Flinn Foundation in 2025 and currently serves as Accountant, supporting the accounting needs of the Foundation’s programs, grants, and operations. Her responsibilities include collaborating with the CFO on investments, banking, financial statements, and overall accounting operations. Anna plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and a smooth, clean audit process each year.
Before joining the Foundation, Anna worked for the city of Phoenix as a Budget Analyst II in the Human Services Department, where she managed complex, multi‑million‑dollar budgets supporting city programs. She also served as an Accountant II for the city and in corporate finance and the nonprofit sector.
A fourth‑generation Arizonan, Anna has deep family roots in the Southwest territories that later became Arizona, California, and New Mexico. She studied finance and accounting at Western International University until its closure and later transferred to Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa, to pursue her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
