Karey Miles

Business Operations and Facilities Manager

Karey Miles joined the Flinn Foundation in 2023 as the Conference Center & Guest Experience Coordinator before transitioning to her current role as Business Operations and Facilities Manager. With a strong background in HR, administrative support, building operations, customer service, and event management, she brings a diverse skill set to the Foundation.

Before joining Flinn, Karey taught piano, performed throughout Phoenix, and directed Forte Music School in Portland, Oregon. She holds dual master’s degrees in Piano Performance from Arizona State University and Portland State, offering a unique perspective to her work. 

Outside of work, Karey is an avid adventurer, having bikepacked across the Western U.S. She also hosts a podcast focused on bringing stories, tips, and tricks of outdoor exploration to life, with hopes of inspiring women (and others) to get out and experience the outdoors for themselves.
