GPEC exec leaves for biotech firm

[Source: Phoenix Business Journal] – Greater Phoenix Economic Council COO Scarlett Spring is leaving the economic development group to take over as president of VisionGate Inc.

VisionGate is a biotechnology firm specializing in 3-D cell imaging that screens for lung cancer.

VisonGate founder Alan Nelson moved the company’s headquarters from Seattle to Arizona earlier this year.
