[Source: PRLog] – When Bobby Fischer died in 2008 in Iceland he left no will.  With his passing a legal request made its way to Iceland’s Supreme Court which granted permission for his body to be exhumed to obtain a DNA sample for a paternity test.  Recently it was reported that Mr. Fischer has been determined to not be the father of the child in question.

One of Arizona’s leading paternity test providers, Arizona Mobile DNA, is frequently involved in cases dealing with inheritance and child support issues for their clients across Arizona.  Arizona Revised Statute §25-804 allows a parent to institute a paternity proceeding during a pregnancy.  It also requires that child support proceedings must be started before a child’s 18th birthday, except in unique circumstances.
