Arizona's Bioscience Roadmap
Committees
Following the 2002 release by Battelle of Arizona’s Bioscience Roadmap, 17 committees and workgroups set out to implement the Roadmap’s recommended strategies and actions.
Today, three committees remain active.
Most visible is the Roadmap Steering Committee, comprised of statewide leaders in science, business, economic development, and government. Other essential work is performed by the Communications and Public Affairs Committee and the Federal and State Relations Committee.
While additional committees and workgroups are presently inactive, the collaborative efforts of their members--in all, close to 300 bioscience champions--continue to bear fruit as Arizona’s bioscience enterprise matures.
