[Source: The Business Journal] – The newly expanded Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center in Phoenix will open next week with the ability to see about 1,600 patients each year.

The 10,000-square-foot facility will double the number of patients the center had been seeing at Barrow Neurological Institute on the St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center campus. The Parkinson center opened in 1997 in a 5,000-square-foot space, providing patients access to neurologists and neurosurgeons at Barrow.
