History has been made, and you’re reading it here first! The Foundation has added a Scholar alum to its board of directors.
The board has picked up Shaun Kirkpatrick (’87), president and CEO of Research Corporation Technologies, a Tucson-based technology investment and management company. Basically, if you’re a smarty-pants technoinventor/concepticator and you can get your business plan in shape, RCT might help you become Sergey Brin.
In addition to being the first Scholar on the board, Shaun is the first member of the board from outside of Maricopa County. More details are here.
Shaun Kirkpatrick is of course not to be confused with Sean Warnick (’87). Even though they both know a lot about money.
