2 West Valley hospitals expanding to meet growth / AZCentral

Sun City residents will have a new emergency room as soon as 2020 after the Banner Boswell Medical Center completes a $106-million expansion. In Goodyear, the Abrazo West Campus will get 12 new beds for telemetry patients in need of constant monitoring and care.

UA College of Pharmacy establishes Arizona Center for Drug Discovery / AZ Big Media

The University of Arizona College Of Pharmacy has established the Arizona Center for Drug Discovery, connecting researchers at the UA in Tucson and Phoenix with pharmaceutical partners to advance drug discovery throughout the state.

Core Institute picks site for 10th Arizona clinic / Phoenix Business Journal

The Core Institute is investing upwards of $5 million to open its 10th clinic in Arizona. The new 6,500-square-foot clinic is slated to open Nov. 5 in Scottsdale.
