Elsa Abruzzo, CEO of Anuncia Medical, leads a company advancing non-invasive therapeutic and monitoring devices for hydrocephalus and similar disorders. Anuncia’s technology is now used by neurosurgeons and patients in more than 40 U.S. hospitals, supporting the nearly 1 million Americans living with the condition.
Anuncia participated in the Bioscience Entrepreneurship Program in 2022 and 2025, leveraging the experience to scale their operations.
The application deadline for the next round of entrepreneurship grants is Friday, Oct. 30.
