Lucas Schnatz

Intern, Arizona Center for Civic Leadership

Lucas Schnatz started his role as an Arizona Center for Civic Leadership intern at the Flinn Foundation in February 2026 where he contributes to and promotes the Center’s programming. Lucas is pursuing a double degree in marketing and business analytics with a minor in business management at Grand Canyon University as an Education Forward Scholar and Canyon Rising Scholar.

Lucas serves as president of GCU DECA, where he plans professional development events and leads members in preparation for state and international competitions. Originally from El Mirage, Lucas takes pride in being a product of Arizona’s investment in education and scholarship opportunities. He aspires to become a CTE high school business teacher and mentor.
