At a recent meeting of the National Governor’s Association (NGA), Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano announced a new Web site, “You Innovate 21.” The Web site, a partnership between NGA and Scholastic Inc., the global children’s publishing, education and media company, was developed to provide middle school students with the tools to become innovators and leaders of tomorrow. “I want to thank our partners at Scholastic for helping us to engage young people in our effort to incubate innovation,” said Gov. Napolitano. “This Web site will augment classroom learning and impart skills and knowledge young people need to achieve and innovate.”
