Tim Becker, a Northern Arizona University professor, researcher, and entrepreneur, who specializes in developing innovative treatments for strokes caused by blood clots and aneurysms, is helping propel the Flagstaff bioscience ecosystem forward.

Becker, who oversees the Bioengineering Devices Lab at NAU and is a past Flinn Foundation seed grantee, in this video talks about his roles with Aneuvas Technologies and Dark Sky Medical, which launched this year to improve the outcomes of aneurysm treatments.

Becker’s work is helping Arizona reach its goals identified in Arizona’s Bioscience Roadmap, the long-term strategic plan to guide the Arizona biosciences through 2030.
